Can’t recommend them enough! I came in with an emergency hole in my travel bag, and Zack(?) fixed it quickly, very affordably, expertly, and with a good dose of affability and personality. I would definitely come back here with anything needing repairs. I think they do keycutting and a few other helpful services, too. 100% recommend!

Got new heels on R M Williams boots a few months ago. Kept waiting when they were done and now the new heels are falling off already. Whenever I go to the store there is no-one there and the lace is closed

Great service - I broke a heel exiting Perth Train Station, luckily the store was manned early and my heel was repaired while I had a coffee in the coffee shop across the way in my stockings. No extra charge for the emergency repair and very good value.

My old faves feel more comfy than ever!I lost both bases on the heels of my favourite and super expensive boots. Little did I realise this actually did me a favour, because I'd been walking around on hard plastic.Mr Minit Enex building replaced those bases inexpensively and with a base that is softer under my heels as well as non-slip, and I now wish I'd done it ages ago.Thanks so much!

Bbbbbig thx to Zac such a master gave my sneaker new life. The toebox was made by nubuck and I asked everywhere no one can fix it. but Zac really presented professional skill, and always giving the update to me. Finally my sneaker getting back to new life.Thank you so much brother!!!!!

Hello sorry for the poor review, but I brought in a pair of guidi 112 derbies to be vibrammed (maybe a month or so ago). Customer service was a bit condescending and the employee (?) responded with don't worry I've been doing this for quite a while" when I tried to raise some concerns. In any case the part I'm primarily unhappy with was the handiwork when sanding down the leather sole. Looks like the sole was sanded without attention to detail

I approach the guy servicing the store to ask if they do repairs of things different than shoes and there is soooo much room for improvement in the customer service. Instead of telling me to bring the item so he could assess it in a polite way, he basically told me that he cannot read minds in the most condescending way possible. Good luck with your business long term

Small kiosk type shop however very helpful in assisting me in my needs.Great fast service and keys cut within 1 minute.Prices do seem a bit higher than other places but I saying that it was fast and convenient service.
