Mister Minit Cockburn Gateway Success

I misplaced my car key while out shopping with my young son today and have been frantically searching for it without any success. The building staff recommended Mister Minit Cockburn - the staff there were extremely helpful and reassuring and fortunately they have the exact same remote key in stock and they could program a new key for me (in less than an hour!). Not only they have saved me a lot of hassle, turns out a lot cheaper than having the car dealer replace the key (not including the costs for towing the car!). Thank you very much, Mister Minit Cockburn! I'm extremely grateful for your assistance today, and I can't thank you enough for saving my day.

Absolutely botched a simple job on a watch with significant sentimental value. Needed a battery change essentially. Was told it needed a whole new mechanism and glass for $300. To top it all off, they lost my original crown. Terrible terrible service bordering on the unethical.

Website says they ONLY use Energizers batteries in all Battery Replacement Services and Head Office Confirmed this to me. Battery doesn’t last in my car remote? Wonder why? Oh wait it’s a cheap IKEA battery. Don’t lie to customers not a good policy. Never going back again.

Friendly, honest and always on customer's side. I brought in three watches. I was given preliminary quote and advised in case the costs of repairs are higher, they will advise and discuss with me before proceeding any further.My watches needed more work and parts than anticipated, however, Mr Minit stuck with the initial quote.Along with repaired watches they gave me all old parts and bits and pieces.I was treated with respect as a customer and my watches were treated with care. Mr Minit has excellent customer service, expertise and they are not cutting corners in their work. Their prices are affordable. They offer warranty. They also offer discount for returning customer.I am glad I found them and I do not need any better watch repairer than Mr.Minit Cockburn.

Went for a battery change, the guy there was on the phone scrolling through social media, not paying attention to the customer whatsoever. After waiting politely for half a minute I grabbed his attention.I gave him the watch , although I was the only customer he told me to comeback in 15 minutes. Told him that I prefer to stay, changed it in a couple of minutes.Not going back again.
